I used a more 'masculine' punch, cutting a strip and punching from both sides to make a 'ribbon'; I think this has a 'plaid' feel to it, which is even more fitting as we had a celtic wedding with the entire wedding party in kilts (except for me; and the officiating judge even wore his kilt under his robe).
Hearts were from old Sizzix dies, border punch for the 'ribbon', stamp is from a Stampin' Up set. Sponged around perimeters of the hearts and added white gel pen accent. Hearts are adhered with dimensionals.
