This was a challenge to design because it all started with a garden green ink cartridge. I wanted to do a card for the S '06 Free weelinÂ’ promotion featuring a wheel w cartridge and the only green cartridge I own is garden green. I wanted to create something that was somewhat soft and so that is what made this a bit of a challenge for me. I inked the main flower in cameo coral then rocked the stamp in the rose red pad. For the flower center, I painted the edges of a clear button with my zig painty pen. With rose red I stamped a scrap of ivory with my filigree "for you" tag (from the SAB "too terrific tags" set) I then laid the scrap over the rose red ink pad and with even pressure I pressed it to the pad to add a little more color. I then punched out a circle from this scrap to back my clear button. After several tries to embellish I was pleased with the way I came up with to clip the message to the twill tape. I have this thing about raw edges and just can't let raw edges from the twill tape show. I guess that's the seamstress in me. This is a Nan original design. Enjoy!
