2nd New Year's

This is the 2nd of two New Year's cards I sent out in lieu of Christmas cards. I am almost embarrased to post this as stiz2003 posted a card with a lovely version of this stamp that puts my mine to shame.

Stampendous Snow Postcard stamp
The holly is colored with Sakura glaze pens that are supposed to give an embossed look.
The sky is chalked in shades of blue and barely shows in this picture.
I used my ever favorite Star Dust Stickles to highlight the snow!

Peggy, it's beautiful! This is such a great stamp no matter how you do it it's a fabulous card! Love the snow on the roof tops- nice touchand love your chalked sky!

Peggy, it's gorgeous! I love the snow on the trees and rooftop. It makes it look so textured, and makes the scene come alive! Thanks for sharing.

I think your's is beautiful! However I didn't peek at stiz2003 card. I love that stamp and your tiny bit of coloring and I'm sure the snow really glitters.
