CAS207 TLC416 Valentine CASE of Anne_lb

I was so taken with Anne's (jdmommy) double challenge card this morning that I had to CASE it. As I was looking through my pink DP scraps, I found a similar one to hers. I did change the heart to a circle and used red ribbon. The red was in Anne's honor!
