 | | The flower and surrounding background is one backgrounder image from Cornish Heritage Farms which was stamped with VersaMark and heat embossed with Stampendous black powder then water colored using pencils. I’ll be glad when my new pencils get here because this starter set doesn’t offer many shades.
The photo corner design is cut with the Cuttlebug die Vintage and one of each color was cut and I inlaid the opposite color for the card front and the insert. I’ll do envelope later, I didn’t sleep at all last night and the brain can’t come up with a single idea.
The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the black and mustard borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
Paper: Unknown black, mustard and water color paper, Stampin up retired tan
The tan cardstock is speckled and after completing the card and gazing at the finished product I couldn’t believe that only two speckles are showing - the left border…what are the odds!
