TE's Bringing Home Baby set was perfect for this congrats card for a friend who just brought home her adopted baby boy. I saw this blog post by Wanda and LOVED her pop-up card (http://www.ablogcalledwanda.com/a-bl...day-two-.html). I hope she doesn't mind that I CASEd it as a non-pop up (pop-ups and I just don't seem to work).
All stamps are from the TE set, all coloring in Copics and then hand cut.
