I love that Karen Barber asked us to celebrate the talented and dedicated Julia Aston this week. I tried to give a nod to her "Clean & Classy" style. Fashioned an umbrella using a Nestie oval and SU scallop punch, scored the spoke lines and added the MFP Barnwood Gray handle (turned with help from the tiniest Nestie Paisley). Embossed the corner of the top panel and stamped the Verve sentiment. Attached the umbrella 3-D as inspired by the SU spring catalogue. Matted and mounted to a Neenah Natural white card, then added some Glossy accents water drops. PT - 2 sort of...
