I created this card using a digi image from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps "Jelly Bean", super cute!!
I printed and colored it with Copic Markers, I added Stickles and White Opal Liquid Pearls to the little tail.
The banner is from Pennants and more dies from SNSS as well.
