 | | Our Ways To Use It challenge this week calls for a snowman. I love this ef and didn't use it for the holidays, so this was the perfect reason to pull it out.
I tried a new-to-me technique, Glitter Highlighted Embossing - SCS tutorial here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/re...htedembossing/
I brayered the embossed piece and the card base with two colors of blue chalk ink, and then brayered the image with Baby Blue Stickles. I created word tags in opposing color scheme and highlighted with Gelly Roll Stardust pen. Snowflakes were randomly stamped and overstamped in a color that IRL closely matches the mat behind the image.
The image and words are popped up on foam, a few snowflakes added to tie in with the mat.
While this is definitely not my favorite card, he's pretty cute...
