Here's my second card for the new Mix-Ability challenges - this challenge is Yin Yang - to use two different mediums - something matte and something shiny.
My something matte is acrylic paint - I spread out some paint on my nonstick mat and pressed a piece of bubble wrap in it - then pressed the bubble wrap onto a white cardstock panel. Then I cut it with a Labels 18 Nestability.
My something shiny is my Eiffel Tower embossed in silver, cut out and layered over the background panel. My stamps are from Waltzingmouse
I added 3 rhinestones for a little glitter and stamped the sentiment
I made several pieces of the background with the acrylic paint and bubble wrap so I made two other cards that you will see next to this one in the gallery.

This one is definitely my fav!!!! love the pop those bubbles give against the CAS of the rest of your card, Julia. I am so tempted to get my effels out to play...like Eunice, it's been a very long time since they've seen ink...you have inspired me as always!
