I made this card for my HusbandΒs birthday as a mini family photo card. The finished card fits a 6 ΒΌ Β square envelope or put it in a 5Β x 7Β envelope so you donΒt have to pay extra postage.
There is a template on CreadinΒs web site. However, I found it easier to make my own template. Make a sample template and save it so you never have to make it again. Cut cardstock 6Β x 10Β. Put a dark line around the edges of the template.
Score the 10Β side at 4Β and 6Β. Score the 6Β side from 4Β to 6Β. Turn cardstock and score the other 6Β side from 4Β to 6Β. You now have a 4Β square at the bottom left side and a 4Β square at the top right side. Score the 11Β side at 2Β and 4Β just to the 4Β score line. This gives you the 3 - 2Β squares on the top. Turn the cardstock and repeat on the other 10Β side. This gives you the 3 - 2Β squares on the bottom. On the 11Β side, use your X-acto knife and cut along the score line from 2Β to 6Β. Turn cardstock and repeat on the other 11Β side.
Place Template on your copier and make a temporary copy on typing paper. Paper Clip typing paper Template to your cardstock. Lay it on your ScorPal and score on the lines. Using your X-acto knife to cut on the cut lines. Remove the temporary template.
Fold on the score lines: The Top section of the card: The 2Β Score is a Mountain Fold; the 4Β Score is a Valley Fold. The 6Β score is not folded. The Middle section of the card: The 4Β Score is a Mountain Fold; the 6Β Score is a Valley Fold. The Bottom section of the card: The 6Β score is a Mountains Fold. The 8Β Score is a Valley Fold. The 4Β score is not folded.
There is a Mini Card that goes on the 4Β Sq. on the bottom left. Cut a piece of the card base 4Β x 8Β and score at 4Β. Fold in Β½. Adhere mini card to the bottom left 4Β Square. On the inside add DSP. I used Spellbinders Classic Octagons-Small #7, #6, #5, #3 and Large #5 and also Nestabilities Decorative Labels 27 #3. All the words are computer generated.
Add DSP to each square on the front and add your pictures.

Nice card, I like this idea for my mom's 90th birthday. FYI I think you typed 11" instead of 10" in your instructions. I just hate when I do stuff like that. : /
