 | | One of my resolutions this year is to make more clean and simple cards. So when I checked out this week's SCS CAS challenge I was really happy to see that it was to CASE a mamaxsix card. This fall I got to know Gail from the Hope You Can Cling To challenge threads so I'm really happy to be able to honor her. There are so many great cards in Gail's gallery. With Valentine's Day coming up I was taken by this card.

The thing I love most about the card is the embossed watches. For my card I used a simple tiny dot embossing folder. The multiple layers of hearts look great on her card. For my card I chose a single decorated heart which I embossed. Gail used a fishtail banner for her sentiment and so did I. I changed the color scheme to a simple red and white. |
