This card is being mailed to Cindy, the one who started the Teapot Tuesday challenges. I have to admit, this is my 1st Valentine's card. I loved the inspiration of the cookies & teapot. The inspiration was to use polka dots, hearts & black & white.

I love the way you did the polka dots, using the tic tac toe board! well, that's what I see anyhow! I love the creativity and how you embossed the whole panel!
