My friend at work wanted me to make a card for her mom. she is like 79 going 60. No fru-fru, or flowers, or pretty girly things. She loves shoes and bling, so when I saw this card of bonnie's...http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...p;thumbsonly=0, this is where it ended up. Hope it works.
I made the banners, glued them onto the embossed bg. Added the tonnes of bling on the parts of the embossing, made the tag and stamped, colored, major glittered, well actually used clear nail polish for the black leather, then cut the shoe out.
with the tag I punched it out of the nestie, cut the rectangle of white, and after about 100 times got the words allright....ish....lol...used a corner punch for the decorative corners, and added....more blingage...yah how fun is this...:0)
thanks for visiting...:0)
P. S.....I forgot to say what I changed....I kept same color combo a bit but added a touch of black, changed the tag, flower to a shoe, different papers and added gems...:0)

I was wondering how you made those peaks on your embossed white and then I realized it was the bottoms of your banner...how dumb am I. What a very, very pretty card.....79....going on 60...she's gonna love it!
