My sympathy card is 4.5” square and with different die cuts but theme is similar.
I made the lily like flower with an ek success daisy punch, Martha Stewart hydrangea punch and a Sizzlits leaf. Also Spellbinders leaves and memory box accent is behind the flower. The bird is from the Tim Holtz/Sizzix Caged bird die.
