 | | I made this card for today's Color Challenge, Soft Coral Pool. Dessert was to make a valentine. I think this cute pup, bringing a rose and heart, filled the bill nicely. This image just makes me grin. He sort of reminds me of Doug from the movie UP and I can hear him in my head, "Please, please please let me be your valentine!" I acheived the sort of green color for the leaves and grass by using the Soft Suedish colors and the Pool Party colors in the Prismas that I colored the image with. I used an exacto blade to cut underneath the dog's paws so that I could tuck the layered heart underneath them. |
