The image was stamped and colored, just the flowers section of image was stamped again, colored, cut out and popped up with two 1/8” circles punched from cardstock. The dimensional sticker from EK Success was attached to the flower center. Diamond Stickles was applied to the dots scattered around the flowers. To see a close of the panels click on this direct blog link.

Swiss Dots from Cuttlebug was used to emboss the white panel and the Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the borders. You can use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting and a tutorial video can be found on the company site. I used the border widths 1/16”, ¼”, 3/8” ½” and 1” for this card and cut them with a craft knife. The panel was popped up with foam tape over the scalloped half panel on the pink panel, its cut using Spellbinder Nestabilities – squares.

The hearts were cut using the Sizzlits button die #4 and embossed using the Cuttlebug folder Christmas Ornaments. Silver embossing floss was threaded though the holes and secured on the back with double sided tape which with the help of Aleene’s tacky glue holds them to the card panel. Diamond Stickles was then applied.

The tiny dots along the edge of the pink panel were cut using a button die from Sizzix button #5 die and attached with tacky glue. I use a large stick pin for this procedure, dip the end of the pin in glue, touch the back of the item you wish to pick up, flip it over and place on the card, while pressing down with the finger pull the pin away and slide into place if needed.

The Cheery Lynn flourish die cut design was cut in pieces and tacky glued to the card base.

So sweet, feminine and pretty. Love all the flourishes and the dotty embossing. Popped this straight into my favourites.
