 | | Queen for the Day this week is Brenda, aka Tessaduck. She lives near the land of the University of Oregon Ducks. I went to Oregon State University, just up the road a piece, our mascot is a Beaver! Both these critters love and live near water, and in Western Oregon it rains a lot!
Anywho, I always love looking at Brenda's cards because she explains what she did, and she does a lot of creative stuff that I would not think of. For example, she used the masking tape background technique, but told us we could do it on regular card stock instead of glossy! Brilliant, because I have 3 rolls of blue painters tape that have less than 2' each taking up room in a drawer!

I made a negative mask card using the blue painters' tape to apply the light blue ink. Thanks Brenda, and congrats to Your Royal Duckness! :) |
