 | | This card has taken a few turns in its path from what I thought I was making to what I finished up with. I thought I was making a Valentine's Day card for my MIL. Yes, in non-traditional colours. This appears to be more suitable for Easter however. This image is House Mouse Spa Time coloured with pencil crayons (coloured pencils) and odourless mineral spirits (OMS). I cut it out using a Spellbinders die and chalked around the image while it was still in the die. I was inspired by the try a new technique challenge but couldn't stop myself from putting DP on the front of my card. :-)
The flowers are from a Memory Box die with foliage from SU's Bird Builder punch and Martha Stewarts Little Branch punch. The centres have a dot of liquid pearl added to them. The DP is a Crate Paper Farmhouse 6x6 pad. |
