For my Technique Group I chose to use Action Wobbles by Inky Antics. The Wobbles are stick-on plastic springs that provide motion and pop-up features to an image. I paper-pieced the skirt after fringing it with a scissor, kitty's flowers were cut from the ribbon I used across the bottom.
