| | Inspired by 8/27/2010 skiing owl http://stampingdoc.blogspot.com/sear...0Punches%20Owl (scroll down to 8/27/2010 and 8/26/2010 posts for how she makes them look in one direction) and used http://papergardenprojects.com/blog/...ider-tutorial/ for slider tutorial. What a fun project to make! I used the SU Espresso Coredinations paper and wood grain embossing folder on the skis, Tore, crimped and then glitter glued the edges of the slope. Handcut the skis and hat, used 3/16" and 3/8" circle punches for ski pole tips. I love it so much I don't want to send it. So I guess I should make another one now while it is fresh in my memory. This will be perfect for the kids' ski coaches at the end of the season (if I can improve the penguin's diagonal striding technique). |
