A big CONGRATS to Lynn (aka allee's)! The Featured Stamper title is well deserved for Lynn! For my card, I chose THIS wonderful card of Lynn's to case. I loved the masked strip & silhouette image so I kept those. I changed the images, added a horizontal sponged line (because it looked like my little boy was sitting on top of the water) & added an extra layer. I rarely work on the card front..for me, that's just asking for trouble. Yeah, like I need more trouble, lol.
To begin, I masked the sides and sky are of the strip and sponged ink from the blue rainbow ink pad. Then I removed the sky mask and placed it over the water and sponged in the sun and sky using the birthstone & desert heat rainbow ink pads. After removing all the masks, that's when I discovered my little boy looked like he was sitting on the water, lol. So I masked the sky again and sponged a green horizontal line using the fresh greens ink pad. After adding the sentiment, lg cattails and black layer my 4.25 x 5.50 card was finished.
Congrats again, Lynn! Enjoy your week and thanks so much for looking!

Boys! Snips and snails...well...yes, they are! Your card is a wonderful case of Lynn's work. I love this sentiment, and the gorgeous colors. So perfect to highlight the silhouette! Beautiful.

I LOVE your little boy card. You really made the silhouette pop out with that wonderful bright color. What a super card, Julie. With two boys, I know that sentiment is true. :-)
