Stepped out of my comfort zone to try this card designed by a friend. She used loads of Distress Embossing Powder and I had none. So it was a "make a mess and see what happens" day. I dry embossed the front then used gold EP. I then sanded it and used various alcohol ink to grunge it a bit. The gears are grungeboard cut with Tim Holtz gears die and smeared with distress inks direct to paper then spritzed with water. The metals are Tim Holtz left over from boy scrapbook pages. I cheated on the pop up die since a friend cut me one, I drew it and digitally created it. Had a lot of fun with it.

What a cool card! I find it so difficult to recreate anything "Tim Holtz" he's just that awesome But you managed to pull it off, and did a great job too! TFS!
