This card is for today's CAS and TLC challenges. For the CAS I stamped the block and doodled a postage stamp edge. I added an MFT die cut postage border. I used the 2012 TLC396 challenge to create your own polka dots by using an old SU dot stamp to create background "snow dots."

How cute and fun is this...great doodling job. The weather here must have seen your card too and loved it...I opend the door and there are like 6 inches to shovel...lol...Love this lil sweety......TFS
