I saw a decorative sign at Joann's and wanted to recreate it here!
Stamped sentiment in black on whisper white, punched out. Using one of the paper piercing packs, I pierced a slightly bigger decorative label, then cut out around the piercing with scissors for a frame. Also used a black marker to dot the oval in the center of the decorative label (with paper piercing pack as a guide).
