 | | A new year, and the CCEE Stampers are back in action. Joanne is our January hostess, and she's asking us for another new start - a new baby card.
I don't know the gender of the baby due to arrive in a couple of weeks, so I went for something fairly neutral, though it had to be a blue base to go with the bath-time theme :D.
A2 Memory Box base. Circles cut in various sizes from some old Spellbinders packaging, embossed with Spots and Dots, edged with silver Stickles and stuck on.
WhipperSnapper image stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks, and H2Os for the water, background sponged while still in the die. Bubbles are Frosted Lace Stickles.
