Made for this week's MMTPT231 challenge. This week our cards are going to the daughter of fellow teapotter Marilyn (APandi) who just gave birth to twins - congrats!!!! I decided to use a new set being released by Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company early called Oh Baby. Images are colored with prismacolor markers, bubbles and eyes are highlighted with ice stickles, ribbon is from Michael's $1 bin, and the designer paper is a pack that was gifted to me by my friend KelliJo.
