I made this card casing a Christmas card that was sent to me last year by my Stampin' Up Demo. I liked her card so much I wanted to give it a try myself. Of course, her card was much prettier...but I do like the way this one turned out. I needed a peaceful card, that would also work as a comfort card. I changed a few things with my card...Her card was Christmas, Mine is a New Year's card. Her card obviously was done with Stampin' Up Stamps. my card was done with stamps from Rubber Stampede, and Posh Impressions for the tree stamps, and SweetNSassy stamp for the sentiment.
For inside the card I used this...
I look to the New Year and my wish for you;
Peace within your heart
Love from family and friends
Faith to guide your way
Hope to make it through each day
Sunshine to light the way
Heavenly Stars to wish upon
Rainbows to let you know there is a tomorrow.
I wish I had written down the author's name

Beautiful and really classy - I can't imagine a card looking any better than you did with this one, Jill - love all the cool trees and snow scene - full of peace, just like the words you included! Hugs!

Jill, this is beautiful. Only you could make a frosty scene so warm. Love it. Hugs...
