Congratulations to my super talented friend, Sabrina, aka Cook22, on being chosen for today's Featured Stamper!!
I chose to case Sabrina's elegant and gorgeous Simply Peaceful card.
I found myself wishing I had her elegant Fleur de Lis Square Nestability. I used my Lacy Squares instead. I used Crumb Cake instead of white card stock. I added ribbon (thereby fulfilling my New Year's resolution to use my ribbon!!). I punched a tiny snowflake out of Soft Suede, adding a pearl to the center of it, and then adhered to the center of the snowflake.
Enjoy your week of honor, Sabrina!! I'm so happy for you!

What a beautiful, soft, serene holiday card, Charlene...the crumb cake, soft suede and cream lace make such a natural and pretty color scheme and I LOVE that tiny brown snowflake, what a lovely finishing touch!

I think the lacy square worked just as well as the fleur de lis square! And it gave you a spot through which to thread the ribbon! The textured card stock gives a nice "canvas" look to your image.

Oh my, it looks just gorgeous with all the kraft instead of white. I also love that you have your little sprigs coming in from the edge, framing the Lacy Square. The tiny snowflake and lace is a lovely dainty touch to finish it off perfectly.

Beautiful, Charlene. Love the rustic feel you achieved by stamping on the heavily textured CS....and then the vintage accent of the ecru lace. Your card is full of warmth.
