This is an entry for the MFT GD for January.

Each year I plan on getting fit and STAYING fit but 2013 it will happen. Purchasing a treadmill and an elliptical this year means I have no excuses ;)

Just looking at the image (before reading your commentary) I told myself that I had to make a New Year's resolution to lose weight and get back in shape. Think I better print a copy of this card and put it on my fridge as a reminder. Absolutely love this card.
