Today's card is for three challenges: Fan Club - Baby it's cold outside; CAS - Colours & Sketches #5 - sketch; and Bugaboo December Theme (Holidays / Winter).

I used the sketch challenge for the layout, paper piecing this adorable image from Bugaboo, adding the designer paper to both the scarf and background blocks. I added clear stickles to represent the ice.
