Dorrie's BD card, she loves cats. This was a mischievous one!
The background paper was from a hand painted paper I made 'eons' ago... have decided it's time to stop hoarding and use it.
I stamped the image in black ink on white CS and fussy-cut it out. The parts of the cut image representing torn paper were curled and not adhered down. The cat's eye was colored with a green copic then topped it with a clear glaze pen. The nose and mouth were barely enhanced with palest pink copic.
The birthday greeting was stamped in black and highlighted with white gel pen using a light touch. Added a row of green rhinestones to complete a visual triangle.
