I stamped the Hambo image of "Duck Umbrella" with Marvy black dye ink onto X-Press It cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers. I cut around the image with my Cutterbee scissors. To make the water droplets on the umbrella, I added gluestick to the umbrella and sprinkled clear UTEE onto the umbrella and heated with my heat gun. So fun to watch those droplets appear!
I cut a circle from white cardstock with a Nestabilities die. I sponged SeaShells Cloudy Blue dye to form some clouds. I framed this circle with another circle cut with a Nestabilities die. I pop-dotted the duck to the finished circle.
The layers of this card are made with patterned paper from Pebbles, Queen&Company and Bella Blvd. I stamped the Hambo sentiment of "Sunshine and Happiness" with Marvy black dye onto the Queen&Company strip. I added some Baker's Twine to this panel. I added three clear crystal beads to the Pebbles strip. The large Bella Blvd panel was framed with white cardstock.
This card was inspired by WT407...I have been trying to learn how to combine different patterned papers, not only to use my stash, but to create something visually pleasing.

That's a great resolution, Kecia. I also have difficulty combining designer papers in a visually pleasing way, but you did great on this cute card! I love how you created your water drops, too....very clever, mf. Happy New Year!

Your little duckie is so sweet with her umbrella and raincoat! And what fun raindrops! I like the sentiment on that bright yellow dp that resembles the sun, Kecia, good thinking on your part~
