 | | I made a gift card holder in the shape of a coffee cup, using Lisa Lara's newest digi set ... Java Minute.
I sized the card large enough to hold the gift card in the back. And then I printed it off five times (twice in DP for front and back), one full image in white for base, one full lid image for back, and an extra "rim" to pop up on the front. I cut them out and then layered them to create this fun coffee cup.
I printed the sentiment onto crumb cake, cut the strip 1 1/2" wide and wrapped it around the coffee cup, securing it at the back and adding a little "ledge" so the gift card wouldn't slip through.
I added some twine, jingle bells and holly to decorate. Fun and easy project.
