I made a dozen of these last night for my husbands Christmas party in different papers. He said they were a big hit! These are the same treats I made for my card club party (I made 19 for that). This is an old idea that I originally got from my SU rep.

Oh my goodness Peggy. These are just absolutely the most fabulous creations. I love the big, wide sparkly ribbon and the glittery snowflakes. Totally gorgeous.
