 | | I've taken my inspiration for this 6x6 recipe card from several of Stacy's photos. The Baileys Cheesecake recipe inspired by her first photo (recipe and photo in THIS blog post. For her second photo I embossed my base layer with flourishes and embossed them with copper and verdigris (nary a Celtic stamp here, I'm afraid to admit) and for the third photo I scanned a page from an old 1922 book - before the Irish script was romanised.
Black for the base, scanned script paper, recipe printed on Basic Grey Basics and sponged a bit, stamped with the water splash from French Foliage to give it that authentic used recipe look :D, punched with the spiral punch and popped up on foam. This is what we're going to have for dessert on Christmas Day this year. |
