 | | For Tammie's inspiration challenge. At first when I saw the photo I thought of making a wreath, but when I took another look I zoned on on that kraft bag the girl is holding, and the striped package in it.
So I made a kraft Box in a Bag, incorporating the spray of holly and a striped ribbon.
I followed the tutorial, using green Core'dinations and kraft paper. Kraft is stamped with two sizes of snowflakes in Vintage Photo. Bottom border is cut with the SU punch, scored twice and lightly sanded to highlight the sanding. For the top I used the round tab punch and tied it closed with natural raffia. Holly leaves are from a Sizzix border. I shaped the berries with a stylus and popped them up on foam dots. Ribbon has a gem brad to fix it to the bag. |
