First thing this morning my friend Pam made her card for the Ways to Use it challenge. I hadn't even looked at the challenge yet so I asked her what the challenge was and she said fussy cutting. (I love fuss cutting by the way.) So I asked her what set she used and she told me she used the new IVY and BLOSSOMS set by Mark's Finest Papers that will be released this month. When I asked her if she really fussy cut all the leaves out she laughed and said she wasn't crazy. Well, it turns out that I must be crazy then because after looking at PAM'S BEAUTIFUL CARD I decided to use the same set and I did fussy cut the ivy. I stamped the ivy and fussy cut a mask so that I could stamp Mark's Finest Papers set called JUST A NOTE over the top of it. Then I fussy cut along the right hand side so that it would be out of the box. Then I stamped the ivy again and fussy cut some of the leaves out to make even more dimension. I also fussy cut the butterflies. I added lace and pearl stick pins. I also stamped some flourishes and heat embossed copper embossing powder on the flourishes.
