The image was stamped on white cardstock colored in and then the edges were ink distressed.
The Flower Soft (Vintage Christmas) was applied with AleeneÂ’s tacky glue and I use a metal tip on my glue bottle that allow a small stream to be applied to the cardstock then drop the flower soft over the top and tap off the excess. If I want to spot apply in areas that didnÂ’t get a good coverage I use a long stick pin dipped first in glue then touch the Flower Soft to pick it up and press down on the cardstock with the finger and pull the pin away.
Two extra bows were stamped, cut out and popped up using ¼” punched circles of cardstock stacked two high between each layer.
The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
Spellbinder Nestabilities were used to cut the sentiment border and itÂ’s popped up with foam tape.
Cuttlebug Snowflakes 2 was used to cut the stars and they are attached with AleeneÂ’s tacky glue.
The edge of the large cream colored panel was stamped with an image from Club Scrap that makes it appear to be ink distressed – very nice find for a $1.00 at a resale event.
The ribbon (Offray) was tied first and I slipped two extra small lengths in the knot before pulling it tight to avoid extra thickness. The ends are attached to the back side of the panel with clear one sided tape.
Paper: Bazzill – dark red, Coordinations – cream textured, The Paper Man – green, Becket Expressions – Iceberg for image, textured envelope for sentiment

OMG Roxie, gorgeous, gorgeous Christmas card. Your decorated door is stunning and I really love how you used your DSP, framed your main image and the layers of framing for your sweet sentiment. LOVE it all. TFS
