This is for the May Arts "All That Glitters" challenge here: I have a card entered in the May Arts "All that Glitters" challenge here: http://www.mayarts.com/blog/all-that...nd-a-giveaway/
All the ribbon was provided by May Arts for this challenge.
I'd love it if you have a minute to leave a comment over on their blog. Thanks so much.
I used Cherry Cobbler and Shimmery White cs from Stamping Up, unknown shiny red cs and sliver sparkle cs. I rounded the corners of the card itself and the white panel using the corner rounder from SU.
I embossed the shimmery white cs with Petals Aplenty ef from SU then cut the ornament shapes using the Holiday Ornaments Framelits from SU.
I then layered the gorgeous glittery ribbon provided from May Arts to create the designs on the ornaments.
I tied the tiny green bow and added it to the middle ornament and also used the green ribbon as the hanger for this ornament. The "hangers" for the other 2 ornaments were created by braiding 3 pieces of the sheer ribbon together.
I added some glittery snowflakes.
The sentiment was computer generated then cut using the Scroll "A Cut Above Die" by Verve. I traced the outer edge of the Scroll die and cut it by hand to create my "shadow" for the sentiment layer.
The white layer of the sentiment panel and the snowflakes and the main shimmery white panel are all popped up using dimensionals.
I love these glittery ribbons I had the privilege to work with and am very pleased with how my card turned out using them.
