Stef's tag inspired me to make my gift packaging better by including a hand-made tag. Mine are not anywhere near as beautiful as Stef's ... but I had a lot of fun making them. Here are four ... I need to make several more.
I bought twelve Christmas containers from the $1 store the other day for giving away my home-made preserves. They come with a tag that is the same design as the container ... and I used two of them as background DP for the two tags in the middle. The others are bits and pieces of Christmas card leftovers that I've kept over the past couple of months when making my cards for this year. Anything that didn't make it onto a card, was stored in a plastic container and now I'm using up those bits and pieces for my tags ---- and loving every minute of it.
So much fun!! Thanks Stef for inspiring me ... I just love your series of tags!

Oh so pretty and what a good idea to use your left overs! I love that you repurposed the original tags to make them your own and of course your poinsettia and wreath ones are just gorgeous! I love them all! I have a board on Pinterest that is just tags but have been trying to figure out what people do with the REALLY elaborate ones. Is it in lieu of a card? Some people use as much and sometimes more design elements than they do on a card....
