This is for lisalara's Bring On The Balloons Challenge. Yahoo!
I stamped the balloons with Raspberry Ripple ink onto the Whisper White card base and then added my Crumb Cake window. (Crumb Cake cs run through my Big Shot with one of the Apothecary Accents Framelits and spritzed with my Crumb Cake marker.) Finally, I added my For You sentiment panel and highlighted it with a strip of rhinestones.
