I'm trying out Libby's Paper Mosaic technique today...I love the look of a collage panel on a card! I modeled my sketch after this week's Mojo Monday design, used inspiration from the Shabby Tea Room's Shabby Chic Holiday and also used some delightfully vintage papers from Maja Design.
