Clean & Simple Party - Technique

This is for the Clean and Simple 200th challenge party - use the Dazzling Diamonds technique. The snowflake panel was made using shapes cut with my Cricut. I then used the Dazzling Diamonds technique and cut the panel with Spellbinder Labels 17.
