My co-worker and his wife are expecting a baby girl in January. This is the card I made for our team to give to him.
The image is colored with Copic markers.
I used white eyelets to give the portholes some dimension. That meant I needed to stamp/color an extra elephant head to pop out over the one porthole. I used sparkly fluff on the lion's mane and on the elephants. I used a clear Spica pen on the giraffe spots to add a little extra glitter.
Attached the little pink buttons with small Zots.
Note: Since you can see through the portholes and I didn't want it to look all dark, I put a small scrap of so saffron cardstock behind them before matting on the larger circle die.

Adorable!! I love how you've colored this image ... and the idea of adding eyelets for the portholes is genious!! Love the layout with the polka-dot paper ... and the buttons are perfect! Your co-worker and wife will LOVE this!
