Congratulations to Pam MacKay, this week's Queen for the Day. This is my version of Pam's Snowy Night. Instead of brayering my sky, I sponged it after splattering some masking fluid to give the impression of snow falling. Did a lot of masking for the snow drifts, then cut out and popped up the trees in the front. Today's Ways to Use It challenge was to use your favorite things. One of my most favorite things is all of the distress inks from Ranger/Tim Holtz. I love the way you can sponge and blend the colors together. That is what I did for the sky.
Enjoy your reign as Queen, Pam!

Wow! Your snow on the ground looks awesome....I feel like I could walk right through those drifts. And, of course, the snow you created with the masking fluid is Fab, too. You did such a great job on everything, Lois. This is beautiful!
