CAS199, TLC406 FLAKE FRIEND

This is my card for two SCS challenges today.

First, today's CAS199Challenge

Second, for today's TechniqueLover'sChallenge#406

I made a snowman tag for my snowman. My eyes and mouth are mini black brads. I hand cut my carrot nose from cardstock.

For my sentiment, I used a set by The Alley Way Stamps called SnowMuchFun
