I haven't been stamping much this week, but I wanted to do the Inspiration Challenge (my favorite). On the first page of the inspiration site, Signals, was this Birch Forest painting, which I thought was beautiful. I changed the time of the year from autumn to winter, although I did bring some of the red from the painting into my card. I used two different stamp sets from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Company -- What a Fox and a new one Just a Note -- on my card. IRL there is lots more sparkle from the Icicle Stickles I added. The white background was embossed with a Sizzix snowflake folder, patted with Versamark, and embossed with Winter Wonderland embossing powder.

Lois, a lovely scene!
