Marion was helpful in helping me locate the image - and I have used her card for inspiration.
The image is by create with tlc, and can be found at the shop ArtFire.com. (I found lots of images I really have to have lol!!!)

In addition to the createbyTLC digi, I used the CB Snowflake folder, and a Spellbinders border die. The glittery ribbon is by Robert Stanley, and the bling by Basic Grey. No coloring was needed on the digi. The backing is from a large gold gift bag.
