CAS198 Wish Upon A Star

I'm not sure I have ever made a card with stars, so this challenge gave me a try at one. I mounted my circle image on oval nesties I cut in half. I then offset them and put my image in the middle. Added some gold star brads and stamped my sentiment. Popped the whole thing up with pop dots to give it some depth and easy peasy it's done! TFL :)
